for Memberships, Gift Cards, and Packages
Membership Policy
- Membership Benefits: Memberships provide discounted rates on services and exclusive promotions. Specific benefits vary by membership tier.
- Billing & Payment: Membership fees are auto-billed monthly. A valid payment method must be on file.
- Cancellation: Members may cancel with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
- Pausing Membership: Memberships may be paused once per year for up to 2 months. Requests must be made in writing.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
Gift Card Policy
- Redemption: Gift cards can be used for services or retail purchases at Evolve EMS Therapy
- Expiration: Gift cards do not expire but cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- Transferability: Gift cards may be transferred to another person with written approval.
Package Policy
- Expiration: Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Non-Refundable: All package sales are final. No refunds, but remaining sessions may be transferred to another person with approval.
- Usage: Packages cannot be shared unless explicitly stated in the package terms.
- Scheduling: In the case of a cancellation (beyond the cancellation time-frame) or a no-show, the session will still be deducted from the package.
CANCELLATION Policy
At EVOLVE EMS THERAPY, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read carefully to avoid any unexpected charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. You can do this by calling or emailing us directly. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, the full price of the session will be charged.What happens if my card on file declines?
If the card on file declines, no session will be conducted until the payment is successfully processed. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruptions in your service.What if I arrive late?
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your session will be rendered and charged at full price. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to maximize your time with us.Can I reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times. After that, the full price of the service will be charged for any further cancellations or rescheduling.
